Vikas Dubey handed over to UP STF; Convoy of 12 vehicles on its way to Kanpur

The team of Uttar Pradesh's Special Task Force (STF) has left Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain after they were handed over Kanpur encounter culprit Vikas Dubey. The police teams of both the states were busy in completing the formalities of giving Vikas Dubey's custody to UP police. Now that the formalities are done, the STF team is on its way to UP via road.
