Trade outside APMC is tax free, explains Narendra Tomar

Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar said that Centre formulaed a Trade Act for the farmers to sell their produce to anyone they would want. And trade done outside APMC will not make the farmers pay any kind of taxes. He explained how Trade Act was giving more freedom to the farmers and made them capable of better earnings.
