Sushant Singh Death: Why can't Bihar and Mumbai police work hand in hand to find the truth?

Sushant Singh Rajput is popularly reported to have died by suicide. The Mumbai police registered an ADR and started an investigation. After pressure from a few celebrities and political leaders abetment to suicide angle was being investigated.

But Bihar police registered an FIR in the case against Rhea Chakraborty after Sushant's father complained. Further, ED started probing the case too.
