Someone needs to speak up against explosives' usage: Maneka Gandhi on elephant killing

Maneka Gandhi was speaking to ABP News when she said that she did not target Rahul Gandhi or Congress but if one is responsible for a constituency then at least efforts should be made. "More than 600 elephants die but nobody speaks up. I had raised my voice against the permission given to make explosives and drive the wild animals away from farms. Someone, either centre, state, has to speak up against use of explosives," she added
