Shiv Sena should not insult Congress: Sanjay Nirupam

''A tension prevails in Maharashtra politics in the last few days. Shiv Sena has a Chief Minister today because of Congress and so they should not insult them. Shiv Sena has been begging before BJP for long and now our Ministers are begging for CMs time'', says Sanjay Nirupam.
