SC asks Delhi Chief Secretary to prepare for pollution within 7 days

Supreme Court has ordered Chief Secretary of Delhi to prepare for pollution within seven days. SC said that soon fog days would arrive and it would mix with air pollution leading to smog and low visibility. This would again pose problems for residents and hence decisions should be made within next 7 days only
