Sadhvi Pragya lands in controversy over her remark on Godse | Desh Ki Baat

BJP leader Pragya Singh Thakur has once again stirred up a controversy with her remarks on Nathuram Godse in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.She termed Nathuram Godse, the one who killed Mahatma Gandhi, a 'deshbhakth'. Her comment drew crticism from various quarters and the Congress left no stone unturned to take on the BJP. BJP MP Pragya Thakur again referred to Mahatma Gandhi's assassin Nathuram Godse as a "deshbhakt", this time during a debate in the Lok Sabha, triggering a protest by opposition members. On Thakur's 'deshbhakt' remark, all opposition members stood up and protested. The BJP members then persuaded Thakur to sit down.
