During the debate show Hoonkar, Rubika Liyaquat tears paper while taking a jibe at TMC's Manav Jaiswal. The debate was over Parliament Ruckus in the Monsoon session. 

Union minister Piyush Goyal, who's also the Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday said, "The Opposition's act was shameful and disrespectful to the Parliament and a clear sign that they are trying to divert the attention from the main issues."
