Rubika Liyaquat pulls up SP's Manoj Kaka over Upendra Tiwari case | Hoonkar

The Block pramukh elections are going viral for all the wrong reasons. During the debate, the indecency with the woman was being discussed when SP leader Manoj Kaka said that his party took appropriate actions. Rubika Liyaquat then reminded him of the Upendra Tiwari case and asked the reason behind selective approach.

Earlier, a video had gone viral which shows indecent words were spoken against Uttar Pradesh Sports minister Upendra Tiwari. Post the incident, the family cried and expressed hate towards such an attitude. In this case, five people have been arrested as well. The allegations were made against Samajwadi Party workers and Ambika Chaudhary.
