Rajiv Gandhi Foundation accepted funds from China: BJP

Ravi Shankar Prasad held a press conference talking about Congress' relations with the Communist Party of China. He raised an issue over how Congress had such love for China that the party signed an MoU in 2008. He said, "Congress should explain why China was funding Rajiv Gandhi foundation, MoUs were signed."
