Rains lash Uttarakhand, Bihar, UP | ABP Special (23.07.2020)

Munsiyari has been cut-off from the rest of Uttarakhand because swollen rivers have caused havoc. Many roads have been washed away. To top it, the area witnessed a cloud burst incident as well.
