Others fear the rising cost of living may soon become unbearable if incomes fail to keep pace. At the same time, North and Central India, including Delhi-NCR, are battling severe heatwave conditions. Temperatures are climbing rapidly through the day, making outdoor movement difficult and worsening public discomfort. Experts believe rising crude oil prices in the international market and supply-related concerns are driving the latest fuel hikes, with the ripple effect expected to impact nearly every sector of daily life.
