Police accused of destroying evidence in Hathras case

"Right to life has been infringed upon as cremation is a part of it. Action should be taken against the (Hathras) DM for threatening family. Also, the victim gave a dying declaration a few days ago and it will be considered true in the court unless the accused proves it wrong," says Advocate Abha Singh.
