PM Modi, President Kovind congratulate Chanu Saikhom Mirabai for winning silver

India's Chanu Saikhom Mirabai has made history. The weight-lifter has won a silver medal in the ongoing Tokyo Olympics 2021. She has opened up a medal account for India. This is a HUGE achievement for India. Since Karnam Malleswari, India had not won a medal in weight-lifting. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind have congratulated Mirabai for her stellar performance.
