Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Bihar's Patna and there he appealed to people to vote for saving Bihar from becoming 'bimar'. He said, "Just like you can save yourself from Coronavirus by wearing a mask. A single vote can save Bihar from becoming Bimar (ill)".
