PFI chairman is a govt employee in Kerala

Here is the footage of the PFI chairman who planned communal violence in Hathras. He is a government employee who works in Kerala as a cashier in the electricity department. The four men arrested in this case have been identified as Atiq-ur Rehman of Muzaffarnagar, Siddique of Malappuram, Masood Ahmed of Bahraich, and Alam of Rampur.
