Pegasus Case: War of words erupts ahead of Budget session 2022

The Budget Session of Parliament is set to begin on Monday. To kick off the session, Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey 2021-22 on Monday and the Union Budget on Tuesday. Meanwhile, ahead of Assembly Elections in five states, opposition parties started attacking the BJP government over the next budget. Congress MP Mallikarjun Kharge made scathing remarks on BJP over uproar in parliament during the monsoon session. He said that the BJP does not let Oppn raise questions. He said that "Congress will raise issues including Pegasus".
