Part of Sitamarhi's NH 104 submerged in flood water

Travelling via National Highway 104 these days is risky and dangerous as most of it is submerged. The National Highway 104, which connects Bihar's Sitamarhi to Nepal's Mahendra Rajmarg, is submerged in floodwater post consistent downpour.
