Pak backs out, denies giving free consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav

Once again Pakistan has duped India and denied free consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav. The Indian officials were not allowed to talk to Kulbhushan Jadhav in private. There were cameras, Pakistani officials were also present during the talks between Jadhav and officials from India. India had been asking for unimpeded, unhindered and unconditional consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav.
