Over 90 hours gone, UP Police still hasn't nabbed Vikas Dubey

It has been over 90 hours since 8 Uttar Pradesh Police personnel, including a DSP rank officer were martyred in an ambush planned by Vikas Dubey. Yet, Uttar Pradesh police is unable to nab the notorious history-sheeter. During this time, the bounty imposed on him has been increased from Rs 50,000 to Rs 2.50 lakh. But UP police seems to remain clueless about his whereabouts. The question remain, where is Vikas Dubey?
