Odisha Train Accident: 'Those responsible for the accident have been identified' - Railway Minister

Railway Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw arrived at the Balasore train accident spot, and informed that the personnels responsible for the major train accaident have been caught also inforned that the railway functioning would begin from Wednesday in a safe manner.
