Nirbhaya Case: Verdict given due to public pressure: Akshay's lawyer

Supreme Court rejects review petition of Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case. 2012 Delhi gang-rape convict, Akshay Kumar Singh's counsel tells the Supreme Court that convict wants to file mercy petition before the President of India & seeks three weeks time to file it.  The top court had already dismissed the review pleas of three other convicts.
