Mukhtar Ansari to be handed-over to UP police on Tuesday

Banda police have left for Punjab's Ropar to transfer Mukhtar Ansari but as the process began late from Uttar Pradesh, he will be handed over on Tuesday morning. 

Ansari is in Ropar jail, earlier, an ambulance was used to ferry Ansari to the court and back which was found abandoned post ABP News highlighted the issue.
