MP: Villagers carry transformer in bullock cart

In Madhya Pradesh's Alirajpur village, the locals were suffering due to non-availability of the electricity for more than 2 months. The villagers could not get the transformer ready because of heavy rains. 

When the condition got favorable, they carried the transformer themselves. The locals got the transformer changed by themselves.
