 Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable, Chetan Kumar who opened fire inside the moving Jaipur Express Train and killed 4 men has been under custody by Government Railway Police (GRP) in Borivali. The accused was disappointed because of his transfer from Gujarat to Mumbai as per sources. Forensic team sealed the train booth.
