In a chilling display of lawlessness, five armed assailants stormed a private hospital in Patna at 7:07 AM and brutally shot gangster Chandan Mishra dead inside room 209. The attackers, carrying pistols and without masks, fired around 15 bullets before fleeing the scene at 7:15 AM without resistance. Shockingly, the CCTV cameras captured their faces clearly, yet more than 10 hours later, not a single arrest has been made. The incident raises severe concerns over the state of law enforcement in Bihar, especially in the capital city. This killing adds to a disturbing series of murders in recent weeks, including the killing of Gopal Khemka earlier this month.
