Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Congress-Trinamool Alliance Gains Momentum as Seat Sharing Talks Resume

Sources indicate that the Congress, led by Kharge, has reinitiated discussions with the All India Trinamool Congress regarding seat-sharing for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2024. Last year saw the formation of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), a coalition comprising prominent opposition parties united to collectively contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections against the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by the BJP. The inaugural gathering of this Opposition coalition took place in Patna, Bihar, on June 23.
