Liquor mafia tramples police constable with car in Bihar

In a shocking incident, a liquor mafia trampled a police constable with a Scorpio in Bihar's Darbhanga. Reportedly the constable tried to stop the car but, the driver tried to escape and mounted the vehicle on him.
