Land Scam Case: Section 144 imposed in Ranchi as Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren Set To Appear Before ED

In a move to maintain law and order, Section 144 will be enforced in Ranchi from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m today after the prohibitory order was imposed at important locations including the Chief Minister's residence, Rajbhavan, and the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) office. However, the order comes as Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a letter to the ED, announced his readiness to record his statement on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at his residence.
