Ladakh standoff: India, China agree not to escalate border situation further

After the sixth round of Corps Commander-level meetings, India and China have decided not to escalate the border situation further. Both the countries will refrain from sending any more troops to the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
On the other hand, India warned of action if the situation is changed on the ground. Plus the Chinese army did not agree to de-escalation.
