The last time the farmers had entered the national capital, chaos had ensued, there was a lot of vandalism and violence that occurred. Delhi Lt Governor Anil Baijal has granted special permission to the farmers under certain conditions, only 200 farmers will be allowed to hold 'Kisan Sansad' at Jantar Mantar under tightened security and Covid protocols.
