Judge Muralidhar's transfer in accordance with rules: Law Minister

Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has dismissed the criticism over the transfer of Delhi High Court Judge Muralidhar Rao. Prasad said that the transfer took place in accordance with the rules. Prasad's statement comes after Congress alleged that Justice Muralidhar was transferred to save BJP leaders.
