It will be states Vs centre during GST council meeting today

The GST council meeting has been scheduled for today. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be chairing the meeting. But it is expected that today the meeting will be a heated one as the states may argue for more GST compensation
The opposition parties had been demanding an increase in the compensation from quite some time now
