IMD: Monsoon reaches all parts of the country

Indian Meteorological Department has said that the south-west monsoon has covered the entire country by 26 June. Usually, the monsoon reaches the entire country by 8 July but this year, the feat has been achieved 12 days in advance. Monsoon reached national capital Delhi on Thursday. The news will bring respite to people as they can now hope that mercury will soon drop and they can get rid of sweltering heat.
