Heavy rain in Delhi-NCR, DTC bus submerged under Minto Road bridge

Heavy rainfall was witnessed in the early hours of Sunday across Delhi-NCR. While rains brought huge respite to some with a drop in mercury and humidity, those on road were badly troubled by waterlogging.

In the Minto Road area, a bus was stuck under the bridge due to severe water-logging. Similar visuals were seen in Tilak Bridge and ITO area. The problem of waterlogging in such posh areas is a recurring one but till now no government has paid any heed to it.
