Hathras case: 5 members of victim's family to be present during hearing in Allahabad HC

The five members of the Hathras victim's family will be present in the Allahabad High Court during the hearing on 12 October. 

It is noteworthy that on behalf of six members of the victim's family, All India Valmiki Mahapanchayat national general secretary Surendra Kumar Chaudhary had filed a habeas corpus petition in Allahabad High Court.
