Haryana PGI claims to cure Corona patients by Hepatitis C medicine

''We are hoping for favourable results in the trials and the good news is that the already available Hepatitis C medicine is free across India. We were monitoring Hepatitis patients and saw that symptoms of Coronavirus did not occur in them. It is indirect evidence,'' says Haryana PGI.

Both the viruses are similar and are known as RNA virus. Tests were conducted on over 1500 Hepatitis C patients.
