Every decision taken after a Cabinet meet: Tarun Chugh

''In the Narendra Modi government, no decision was taken independently but after a Cabinet meeting. Harsimrat Kaur was a minister from 2014 to 2020. She has been involved in every cabinet meeting. No decision is taken without discussion in the cabinet," Tarun Chugh tells ABP News.
