On Saturday, the AAP claimed that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's blood sugar levels have fallen below 50 multiple times, raising concerns that he could slip into a coma. The party alleged that this situation is part of a BJP conspiracy to "kill" Kejriwal.

The AAP's remarks followed a letter from Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena to the Chief Secretary, directing Tihar jail authorities to closely monitor Kejriwal's health. In his letter, Saxena requested that the jail ensure Kejriwal adheres to his prescribed diet and alleged that the Chief Minister had been deliberately neglecting his insulin doses. Kejriwal is currently imprisoned in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
