Delhi: People fall into waterlogged road while crossing on bullock cart | Super 40

The heavy rains in Delhi-NCR have made movement difficult in many areas. ITO, Maharanibagh, Tughlakabad are some such areas where long lines of vehicles are on the roads and the roads are submerged. People are facing a lot of trouble. 

The bullock cart carrying passengers was coming out of  Tughalkabad underpass, its balance deteriorated. After this, many people riding on it fell in the water.
