Delhi Deputy CM blames Haryana, UP for delay in oxygen delivery

Delhi Deputy CM, Manish Sisodia, in a press conference assured that the government was arranging cylinders for the hospitals. But he blamed the neighbouring states of Delhi's dire condition. He said, "When Central govt increased the allocation of Delhi & fixed the same for other states too y'day, then why are governments of Haryana & UP behaving as if they have some dispute with Delhi? It's not the time to fight with each other but to be united"
