COVID-19: Atul Mohan tells how coronavirus hit Bollywood industry
Due to the havoc of coronavirus, the closure of theaters across the country and the shooting of films has stopped, all the people associated with cinema will have to bear the loss. In the event of closure of all theaters, cinema owners will suffer a loss of about 125 crores every week. Trade analyst Atul Mohan, editor of the cinema business magazine 'Complete Cinema', while talking to ABP News, said that the Rs 125 crore figure is only for those films which are released on normal days. He said that if the festival or, when it comes to the films released on the long weekend, then this figure is about 150 crores per week.
