In an exchange of fire between Maoist rebels and the police near the Binagunda-Koragutta forests in the Chhottebetiya Police station area of Chhattisgarh 29 dead Maoist rebels were found dead. The police also discovered a large stash of weapons, including AK-47 rifles, INSAS rifles, and SLRs/Carbines.
