Breaking News: Passenger Train Catches Fire at Sasaram Railway Station in Bihar

A passenger train caught fire at a platform in Sasaram, triggering panic among passengers and railway staff. The incident occurred in the Sasaram-Patna passenger train, with preliminary reports suggesting a short circuit as the possible cause. Firefighters rushed to the spot and managed to bring the blaze under control using fire extinguishers and other equipment. Fortunately, all passengers were safely evacuated, and no injuries have been reported. The timely response of emergency teams helped prevent a major tragedy. This incident comes shortly after a similar fire was reported in a Rajdhani Express traveling from Trivandrum to Hazrat Nizamuddin, which also ended without casualties. In a separate incident from Bihar, a woman MLA Jyoti Manjhi faced a serious security issue in Gaya. Her convoy was allegedly stopped by miscreants while she was traveling to an event in Gamhara village. The attackers reportedly blocked her vehicle and misbehaved with her security personnel. An FIR has been registered, and police are investigating the matter using video evidence.
