Videos showed buildings collapsing and trees uprooted as flooding spread across villages. In Himachal and Uttarakhand, landslides and flash floods trapped vehicles in rivers and narrow passes. In Madhya Pradesh, a controversial bridge built in the middle of farmland without roads sparked outrage over misuse of public funds. A separate incident in Ghaziabad's Vasundhara sector saw a four-story building's staircase collapse, leaving residents trapped. Thankfully, no casualties were reported, and fire services successfully rescued all, including pets.
