Breaking News: Manipur Crisis Escalates as President's Rule Imposed, Political Leaders Call for Resolution

Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a meeting with Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and other officials regarding the implementation of new criminal laws in the state. Meanwhile, in Manipur, after the imposition of President's Rule, security measures have been intensified, with CRPF personnel deployed at various locations. President's Rule in Manipur was enforced following the resignation of the CM. The President has suspended the Manipur Legislative Assembly, and it will be reinstated when deemed appropriate. BJP MP Sambit Patra confirmed that the territorial integrity of Manipur will not be compromised. On the other hand, PM Modi’s intervention is being urged by some leaders, including CPI's D. Raja, to resolve the ongoing crisis in Manipur.
