BREAKING: Man Shoots Wife Dead Over Extramarital Affair Dispute in Delhi’s Sangam Vihar; Cop Hunt On

A shocking incident has come to light from South Delhi’s Sangam Vihar area, where a man brutally shot his wife to death before fleeing the scene. The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Kavita. According to initial reports, the gruesome murder was the fallout of a domestic dispute regarding the husband's alleged extramarital relationship. The victim's family members have leveled serious allegations against the accused husband, identified as Shubham Rajput. They revealed that Shubham was involved in an illicit affair with another woman and routinely subjected Kavita to severe threats and harassment whenever she confronted him. The confrontation took a fatal turn when Shubham allegedly lost his temper and fired four bullets at Kavita, killing her on the spot. Upon receiving the information, a team of Delhi Police rushed to the crime scene. Police personnel took custody of the body and sent it to a nearby hospital for a post-mortem examination. A forensics team was also called in to collect crucial evidence from the spot. The Delhi Police have registered a case of murder under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Multiple police teams have been formed to track down Shubham Rajput, who has been absconding since the incident. Investigators are currently scanning CCTV footage from the locality and questioning neighbors to establish the exact sequence of events and trace the route taken by the fleeing suspect.
