Bihar: New born dies while waiting to get admission in hospital

A pregnant woman with her husband reached Sadar hospital in Buxar who refused to deliver the baby. They went to a private hospital and woman had her delivery. But child had a breathing problem following which the private hospital asked them to take the newly born back to Sadar hospital. The child died upon reaching the hospital 18km far which they travelled on foot.
