Bihar labour minister explains about skill mapping

Bihar's labour Minister, Vijay Kumar Sinha in an exclusive conversation with ABP News talked about the labours returning to the state. Many labourers have returned to Bihar from various other states. Bihar government is planning skill mapping of these labourers and other migrants returned along with them. The Labour Minister of the state explained the skill mapping.
