BIG BREAKING: CNG Price Hike Again Hits Delhi-NCR, ₹1 Increase Announced

Residents of Delhi-NCR have received another inflation shock as CNG prices have been increased once again from today. The price of CNG has been raised by ₹1 per kilogram, just two days after an earlier hike of ₹2 per kilogram. With the latest revision, CNG prices have gone up by a total of ₹3 per kilogram within just three days. The new CNG price in Delhi now stands at ₹80.09 per kg, while in Ghaziabad the revised rate is ₹88.70 per kg. The continuous increase in fuel prices is expected to impact daily commuters and commercial vehicle operators, especially auto-rickshaw drivers, who had already been demanding permission to increase fares after the previous hike. The repeated rise in CNG prices is being seen as another blow of inflation amid concerns over the broader energy crisis and rising transportation costs across the Delhi-NCR region.
